How to fix it
The server may not be configured correctly. Check the MDM application settings under Microsoft Entra ID > Mobility (MDM and MAM). Check the DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider Admin event log on the device for the failing step and retry the enrolment.

Enrolment errors are logged in Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs › Microsoft › Windows › DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider › Admin:
