About this site
azureblog.co.uk is a free, independent site run by Usamah in the United Kingdom. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Views are my own.
Use at your own risk
Everything here is provided for information, free of charge and as is, without any warranty. Microsoft's products change often, and a guide or script that was right when it was written can go out of date. Before you change anything:
- Check the linked Microsoft documentation for the latest detail.
- Read and understand any script before you run it.
- Test it outside production first, and make sure you can roll back.
- Make sure you have permission to change the tenant, subscription or devices involved.
You're responsible for what you run in your own environment.
The tools
The tools run in your browser. Results are generated from what you enter and from public reference data, so they can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point and confirm anything important before you rely on it. Don't paste anything into a tool that you're not allowed to handle. The privacy page explains what, if anything, leaves your device.
Scripts and code samples
You're welcome to copy and adapt the scripts, queries and code samples on this site for your own work and your organisation's, including commercial use. A link back is appreciated but not required.
Articles, images and videos
The written content, images, videos and design of the site are © 2026 Usamah. You can quote short extracts with a link to the original page. Please don't republish whole articles or videos, or present them as your own, without asking first.

Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Windows and other Microsoft product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other names may be trademarks of their owners. They're used here only to describe the products being discussed.
