How to fix it
The device cannot be MDM enrolled as it stands. Check the Windows edition and version are supported for Intune enrolment.

Enrolment errors are logged in Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs › Microsoft › Windows › DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider › Admin:
