How to fix it
Wait for the current enrolment to finish, then retry. Check the DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider Admin event log on the device for the failing step and retry the enrolment.

Enrolment errors are logged in Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs › Microsoft › Windows › DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider › Admin:
