How to fix it
This is a server-side failure. Retry the enrolment later and check the service health in the Intune admin centre if it persists.

Enrolment errors are logged in Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs › Microsoft › Windows › DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider › Admin:
